Artist and cycling enthusiast Thomas Yang has developed a series of art prints for his ongoing 100copies project that not only take inspiration from his passion for bike riding but are actually created with the tire of a bicycle. The Singapore-based creative director explores the unconventional use of a tire as his paintbrush as he dips it in ink and carefully rolls the textured wheel over his canvas. Yang has used the tracks to create brilliantly textured illustrations of four of the world's most iconic monuments—New York's Empire State Building, Paris's Eiffel Tower, London's Tower Bridge, and Beijing's Forbidden City.
As part of 100copies, each print is only allowed to have 100 copies printed. All 400 copies have already sold out, but Yang is now selling a special 2nd edition package
