Get drunk with class this NYE! Forget mimosas or other boring champs cocktails, because this year you're going out with glitz and glamour. Even if you have to force that douche bag "I used to be a bartender," guy to mix you up some bubbly.
Vanilla Charentais, Serves 1
You'll Need:
2 oz Brut Champagne (we used Veuve Clicquot)
1 oz vanilla-infused brandy
.75 oz rosemary honey
1 rosemary leaf
.75 oz pear purée
.5 oz verjus
.25 oz lemon juice

Step 1: Pou vanilla-infused brandy into a shaker.
Step 2: Measure and add in the verjus, lemon juice, pear purée, and rosemary honey.
Step 3: Pinch and slide in the rosemary leaves. Then, add ice and shake things up!

The Poinsettia Cocktail:
1/2 ounce orange liqueur (Grand Marnier, Cointreau, Triple Sec)
3 ounces cranberry juice, chilled

Prep:
In the glass, combine the orange liqueur and the chilled cranberry juice. Add the orange juice twist, top with the champagne, and serve.
Variation
No alcohol: 1/2 ounce orange juice, 3 ounces cranberry juice, orange twist, sparkling water or cider.

Step 1: Measure and combine sake, yellow chartreuse, and Creme de Violett into a tumbler, then shake to your heart's content.
