Weirdos have been around forever, for us to make fun of, be entertained by, and wonder WHY. Well I'm sure that's not what their motives for unusual getups and behaviors are, but that's how things naturally got set. I do occasionally wonder how these people can be so blindly delusional...oh well I guess any attention is better than none for some. Here's a dose of WTF for the day!
