115 people died yesterday in Quetta, Pakistan, after a bomb exploded at a billiard hall. The Baluchistan province was hit by twin blasts measured at about 10 minutes apart on Thursday night, killing 81 people and wounding over some 120 more. It is thought that this strike was intended for the large population of Shia Muslims residing in the area. When people came to rescue survivors of the first blast, the second came to get them too.
