In Japan there is a rule that if you are going to go out in public you have to be a hot, fashion conscious, Japanese chick. No I am serious. Check out these photos of Japanese fashion from the streets.. You will notice that there are no dudes (except for that one creepr taking pictures of the hot chick,) or un-hot chicks.
