When Sandra Coudray saw a photo of Jasmine, a blind chimera looking cat, on Association Adoption Feline Facebook page, she stole the French girl’s heart right away. The stray kitty was malnourished and scared of people, however, all it took was a little bit of love for her to believe in humans again. Now, the stunning calico cat loves kisses and cuddles and is very attached to her human mom Coudray.

The original creator of the cat meme and those funny kitty photos which we all love, was in fact an American photographer called Harry Whittier Frees (1879–1953). This is Sir Didymus the cat. His person, Tumblr-er sparkysmachine dressed him up like Thor. He looks GOOD. Sparkysmachine insists that even though the kitty looks unhappy, he was all for it due to some catnip on the Mjolnir. Good to know, not that I think Sir Didymus has anything to complain about anyway — Thor is a good guy! One time I dressed up my cat as a villain and he ran away. Sure he came back the next day, looking all hungry and remorseful but you know what? I didn’t let him back in, because you cross me once and — oh God, this was all my fault. I’ve made a mistake.
