San Francisco city has implemented a 5 cent charge for store to "provide a bag service" hoping that people BYOB, Bring your Own Bag, to stores. Envelope Note Pad Ever wish junk mail became more useful? Perhaps make a Pocket Note Pad out of them. A brand-new legal pad seems wasteful and or a cute grocery list magnet is always over priced. Instructions are easy, a few snip of the scissors, a wrap of the rubber band and BAM instant presto, Pocket Note Book. Supplies are: old mail envelopes, one rubber band and scissors. Demo is below in reverse. Remember to recycle when all finished.
