I recently explored a part of Kyrgyzstan that was very much undiscovered. For 6 days I explored the south shore of Issyk Kul lake (one of the biggest lakes in the world). This trip was focused on the Canyons on the shore of Issyk Kul Lake. Kyrgyzstan has so much to offer and I am already looking forward to going back in June. For now, please enjoy this unique canyon series that consists for the most part of drone imaginary, abstracts and night photography.

I’m Zahariz, an adventurer and a filmmaker from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I’ve recently completed my 6 week journey crossing Kyrgyzstan solo on my 2 horses. The journey was challenging but exciting. Most of the time I slept inside my tent in the wild mountains, travelled through the valleys and mountains…Finally, I learned to connect with animals. It was experience of a lifetime.

I’m Zahariz, a Malaysian adventurer filmmaker currently travelling around the world mostly on a bicycle and making film about my journey. I’m living the nomadic way of life, calling the road as my home and try to share my experiences and my thoughts through writings, photography and film. I want to spend my life not collecting material things but instead trying to collect as much experience as I can. Recently I’ve been travelling through the Tien Shan in Kyrgyzstan during the winter season on skis and snowshoes. I walked about 400km and managed to capture the beauty of the landscape on my camera.
