Cat Feeding Machine That Requires His Kitty To Hunt For Food

Ben Millam who refers to himself as an “aspiring geek” built an incredible machine that takes cat feeding to a whole new level. He trained his cat Monkey to look for plastic balls hidden around the house and throw them into the machine. Once the machine recognizes the RFID-tagged balls, the feeder is activated and the ball is filled with cat treats. Monkey was trained using ‘clicker’ training that is based on associating a desirable behaviour with a distinctive click and a reward. It took some time and patience but as Millam says, Monkey successfully managed to put up with all his experiments.

Guy Builds An Awesome Elliptical Machine

Ontario-based creative Luanga Nuwame (aka Homemade Game Guru) doesn't need a gym membership anymore, because the skilled creative has built his very own elliptical machine out of cardboard. That's right, this functional elliptical trainer is made entirely out of cardboard and designed to support up to 200 lbs. The cardboard crafter admits, "I know I was not able to do a full rotation while using it and instead used it like Tony Little's Gazelle machine, but this free floating cardboard design was still able to hold my weight - even a shocker to me on my first attempt." He adds, "I still plan to do more with this design to strengthen it."

Amazing Machine Feeds Homeless Animals

Turkish company Pugedon has put these machines on the streets of Istanbul. When a human drops a plastic bottle in for recycling, the machine leaves food for homeless animals. Pretty incredible.
