Workers Use Post-It Notes To Turn Office Walls Into Star Wars Murals

Sticky note murals just keep getting better and better; Viking, an office supply store in the UK, just decorated their offices with an epic Star Wars mural made of 3,597 sticky notes!
The characters, which include Darth Vader, R2-D2, Yoda and a Storm Trooper, were each chosen for the availability of colors with which they could be illustrated. The idea to decorate their office was inspired by Ben Brucker, another creative office worker who decorated his office with popular sci-fi characters. It took 4 people about 5 hours to make.

Artist Hides Monster Murals Inside Abandoned Buildings In Berlin

Berlin artist Kim Kwacz a.k.a Kim Köster presents his new work “Monzter”. Like in his internationally known art projects “99 rooms” and “Ana Somnia“, Kim blurs the boundaries of reality and fiction by transferring mural artwork into the digital world. “Monzter“ is a picture book for the iPad. It is Kim’s first work focusing on children. He created the numerous pieces in abandoned factory buildings outside of Berlin.

Seth Globepainter's Murals of Children Immersed in Colorful Galaxies

Julien Seth Malland’s murals revive crumbling walls with vibrant images of children immersed in galaxies of color. The Paris-based artist, who also goes by the pseudonym Seth Globepainter, adds depth to flat, brick-and-plaster walls with a palette of vibrant hues that seem inspired by a crayon box. These rainbow splashes are contrasted by plain drawings of children that look like they could have been sketched with a pencil. The murals are both playful and thoughtful, inspiring an introspective mood. We are left to imagine what the children are contemplating, or what they’re seeing through the enchanting portals.
