Meet Toast, an adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel whose luxurious locks are always accompanied by her signature tiny tongue. She was rescued in 2011 from a puppy mill in North Carolina and adopted by her owners in New York City. Luckily, she found a forever home with them but had to get all of her rotten teeth removed; it's why we see her tongue in every photo.

According to Kotaku, ginkei_18 creates clear plastic stencils of the character and sprinkles cocoa powder and other edible substances onto the bread to create the toast art.
