Sometimes you are work trying to figure out what to have for lunch and you wish you could slap a piece of meat on a hot grill and wait just long enoug for the blood to stop flowing, but not to long so as the inside is still a bright living red. Then you remember that you don't have a grill, or charcoal, or the time for a proper bbq, or even time to get across town to your favorite butcher shop. So you settle.
