If there’s one thing that the internet has highlighted about society in general, it’s that many of us have lots of free time. Which coincidentally goes a long way into explaining the current phenomenon of a site called scanwiches.com and yes, we dare say the name is pretty self-explanatory. It’s a community of individuals who feel compelled to cut their lunchtime sandwiches in half, scan them using the office scanner and then uploading them for the world to see. Why? Who knows.
