Rape is a big issue in the news for several years now. With politicians arguing left and right over what the definition of rape is, women's rights to birth control, and gay marriage on the line, the Edmonton police department decided to tackle the ordeal face on. Posters were made, mostly involving alcohol situations, to steer kids and adults to a better direction.
The one negative from these ads is the tagline, "Don't be that guy." And though we kind of like it, many complain the slogan is too casual for such a serious topic. On the other hand, isn't something catchy better than something cheesy?!
