After finding their 3-year-old male Great Dane repeatedly vomiting and retching, a family in Portland, Oregon, took their dog to a veterinarian to check on his health.
Here’s what the dog’s stomach looked like.
Much to the their surprise, the vet and family discovered that the Great Dane had eaten these 43 and a half socks. The vet removed all the socks and the dog was discharged home one day after surgery.

I'm living in UK and I was trying to get a hunting permit in here, which became a bloody nightmare, so I still can't hunt ;(
The story about the dog that you wrote is pretty funny actually :) Dogs are freaking funny pets, hopefully I will have one very soon :)
Thanks btw for answering my comment, I was under the impression that no one comes here :) Where are you from dude?
In UK unfortunately you can't have a firearm without a hunting permit, but getting one is one hell of a problem. For me it even doesn't make any sense as I used to be on a military duty for 4 years, and now I have to pass tests on how to handle a simple bolt-rifle. Another unpleasant thing abut hunting in UK is that we don't have much space for hunting, unlike in Russia where you have forests for miles and miles. We have only some specific hunting reservations...
Is it easy to get permit in Russia? Also is it easy to get a firearm, I heard that it is not very easy.
Oh bears, vodka and balalaika, you would be surprised that most of English men don't have such stereotype of Russia anymore, the new ones are - Everyone in Russia drives to get into accidents (whole Europe watches on youtube the car crash videos). Everyone in Russia hates America, black and gay people. Oh and the newest one is that Mr. Putin is new Russian God.. Time changes aint it buddy?
Hunting permit in Russia is not a great problem. First of all you should join a Hunters and Fishermen association. After that you apply to police license departments (armed with a lot of medical certificates, proving you are not alhogolic, mentally healthy, blind or crooked etc.) In a month or so you receive a special document which allows you to by a shotgun (permission to buy a rifle - only after 5 years being a shotgun hunter). After that - go and hunt (if you have enough money - to buy a license for the animal, to get to the place (we have to ride appr. 700 - 1000 km from Moscow and etc). For me hunting is a problem now since I lost my work (I worked with some insurance company which failed in business). Now looking for a new job and hoping for the best. Best wishes to you, buddy.
