Is there anyone on Twitter who hasn’t used the service to bitch about airlines and/or air travel in general? I think not! Everyone does it. It’s what Twitter was invented for. That said, some do it better than others.
Take Hasan Syed, for instance, who tweets under the handle, @HVSVN. Rather than use an average, run-of-the-mill tweet to voice his disgust with British Airways’ customer service after they’d lost his father’s luggage, Syed paid to promote a tweet that did so.
