2 cups white wine
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups green grapes
Measure out 2 cups of white wine. We used a Sauvignon Blanc, but feel free to use your favorite wine!
Measure out 1/4 cup of sugar. Pour the white wine and sugar into an empty jar.
Stir well to dissolve as much sugar as possible.
Add the grapes to the sugar wine in order to soak.
Cover the jar and place it in the refrigerator for 12 hours to allow the grapes to absorb as much flavor as possible.
After the grapes have soaked, remove the jar from the fridge. Pour out the wine marinade, but don't throw it away. This sweet wine makes a delicious beverage to accompany your snack!
Scoop the grapes out of the jar and allow them to air dry.
Pour 1/4 cup of sugar onto a plate.
Place the marinated grapes in the sugar and roll them around.
Roll until all of the grapes are lightly coated in sugar.
Cover the plate of grapes and place in the freezer until frozen (about 3–4 hours).
Just a few hours later, you've got delicious drunken grapes for everyone to enjoy!
