While most dogs are aware of their place within the scheme of things (pretty low down), Tina and Kate are two spoilt brats who've actually managed to engineer their way above at least one human. This poor gent is their carer who was paid to look after them and the house they've inherited from their deceased owner. The dogs regularly taunt their slave by burning £50 notes and barking the theme tune to Golden Girls for hours on end. Well, maybe. Rich bitches.

In 2010, a tube-nosed fruit bat with an appearance reminiscent of the Star Wars Jedi Master Yoda was discovered in a remote rainforest. The bat, along with an orange spider and a yellow-spotted frog, is among a host of new species found in a region of Papua, New Guinea. More than 200 animals and plants were revealed for the first time after two months of surveying in the rugged and little-explored Nakanai and Muller mountain ranges that year.

Snakes aren't so bad once you get to know them! We biologists like to observe these critters and often touch them. Biologists like to touch things. "Black on yellow, hurt a fellow" which means do NOT touch that snake because it's dangerous. "Yellow on black, don't hold back!" which means if you know what you are doing GO TOUCH THE SNAK AND OBSERVE IT! Here are some amazing creatures.
