Add roasted pumpkin seeds to ANYTHING.
You can make them sweet or savory or a bit of both! Bake for about 7 minutes at 375*F drizzled with olive oil and seasoned to your liking
You can even make them yourself!
Add a bit of pureed pumpkin or pumpkin pie filling to your oatmeal!
Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg for extra delicious.
