If you're traveling anywhere in the next few months, you'd better pay attention. It's the worst feeling to get on the plane and realize what you forgot to buy because who knows if you can get it at your destination?! Or what if it costs 3 times as much? Have a suitcase that's easy to spot. You don't want to let anyone snatch it from you.
Figure out if you need a converter or an adapter. Don't forget to check the voltage on your appliances so you don't burn out all the fuses.
Take a backpack on the plane if you're carrying a laptop. It's way more convenient to take out for security reasons than a suitcase.
Have a large makeup bag or clutch bag to store all your flight info and identification.
If you're afraid of flying, bring one of these along to keep yourself preoccupied on board.
Have a tag that's easy to spot and easy to read in case your stuff gets lost.
If you have trouble sleeping and have hygiene worries, bring your own eye mask.
Wear booties with a zipper for style + comfort + warmth.
Loose fitting pants are the way to go, but make sure they're the kind that can resist any ugly wrinkling.
Do not forget your blanket scarf because it's multifunctional: keeps your neck warm, serves as a blanket, good for sharing...
Wear comfy socks, preferably cute ones, because you'll want to criss-cross apple sauce at some point.
