One of my favorite things about any holiday is the drinks. Here's a few delicious pink drinks to get your night started, if you know what I mean ;) Great for couples and singles, these sparkling jewels will bring romance to any occasion.
1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur
2 parts vodka, citrus vodka, or Hendricks Gin
3/4 part fresh lemon juice
1/4 shot simple syrup
1 part muddled strawberry
top with Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine
strawberry for garnish
Shake and strain over fresh rocks in a collins glass.
Top with Brut Rose or Brut Champagne.
Garnish with a strawberry
dash of amaretto almond liqueur
dash of creme de cassis
Pour the amaretto and creme de cassis into a Champagne flute.
Gently top with Champagne.
Make the drink sweeter with larger dashes of amaretto and creme de cassis.
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz double cream
1/2 oz Chambord
white chocolate flakes for rimming
fresh raspberries for garnish
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Herradura tequila, white crème de cacao, double cream and Chambord.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, rimmed with white chocolate, add a spear of fresh raspberries, and serve.
Berry Sweetheart (non-alcoholic)
3 oz red cranberry juice
3 oz apple juice
1 oz honey
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Add the juices and honey to a mixing glass.
Stir the ingredients with a barspoon.
Pour the contents of the mixing glass into the highball glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
1 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz Sence rose nectar
lime wedge for garnish
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
Strain into a stemmed glass or over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
2 oz vodka
1 oz pink grapefruit juice
coarse sugar for rimming
Rub a wedge of lemon around the rim of a martini glass and dip the glass into a plate of coarse sugar. Set it aside.
Pour the remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into the garnish martini glass.
Raspberry Chocolate Kiss Cocktail
1/4 cup Mint-Infused Simple Syrup, plus more for rim
3 chocolate cookies, finely crushed, such as Nabisco Famous Wafers
1/4 cup vodka
2 tablespoons cranberry juice
Fill a shallow dish with enough simple syrup to just cover the bottom. Place crushed cookies into another shallow dish. Invert a martini glass into simple syrup and then immediately into crushed cookies to coat the rim of the glass.
Place raspberries in a cocktail shaker; crush with a muddler. Add simple syrup and muddle again. Add vodka and cranberry juice; fill shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass. Serve immediately.
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) citrus-flavored vodka
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) raspberry-flavored vodka
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Chambord
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon Simple Syrup Simple Syrup
2 tablespoons cranberry juice
Raspberries for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodkas, Chambord, lime juice, simple syrup, and cranberry juice. Shake or stir until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with raspberries; serve.
1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup pear nectar
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne
In a large pitcher, combine pomegranate juice, pear nectar, and orange-flavored liqueur. Slowly add Champagne. Serve over ice.
Black-Currant Cider Sparklers
1/4 cup black-currant juice
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups chilled sparkling cider
Lemon peels, for garnish
Combine black-currant juice with lemon juice. Add sparkling cider. Divide between 2 glasses, and garnish each with a lemon peel.
