Eastern Europe is certainly one of the stranger parts of the world. They have politicians with full body-tattoos, prisoners who have their own language in the form of symbols & codes and leaders who apparently excel at everything.
So it’s no surprise that when it comes to Russia (the biggest country within that European block) that they should be home to some of the most colourful, odd and downright weird characters in the whole of Europe itself.
