These photos of bulldogs dressed as some rather dandy individuals, were taken back in 1905! Essentially before cats basically took over the world and dominated the entire Internets.
Though they’ve been officially cataloged by the Library of Congress and State Historical Society of Colorado, very little is known about the origin of these rather peculiar vintage photographs or who actually took them to begin with.
Mind you, we’d hazard as guess it was by a photographer who clearly loved their pets and was more than a tad eccentric.
