Here’s a novel twist on the portrait photography.
Los Angeles local Johnny Tergo drives around in his classic Chevy Silverado pickup truck taking photos of random characters he drives past in the street. But it’s not a case of dangling out of the passenger window and hoping to get a good shot, he’s armed himself with quite the setup inside his truck. Google street view, we hope you’re taking note.

His customized camera rigs allows him to photography his subjects as if they were in a professional studio. High contrast, evocative lightening and lengthy shadows come together to form these startling images, yet they are all taken spontaneously on the open streets.
His wonderfully weird results are often exaggerated because of the confusion on the face of his subject, you’d probably be surprised too having some random guy in a truck photographing you. But the most humours part is that he also blares his horn at them when going past to get their attention.
