Perhaps one of my personal favorites, India's true beauty is shown during Delhi.
Parades, picnics, extraordinary fireworks, and concerts are thrown all week in India. Millions of kites cover the sky during Delhi, making it one of the most beautiful and symbolic expressions of freedom EVER.
I love India.

Most places like Athens, celebrate the old fashion way, by throwing parades, while the island of Tinos mostly celebrates the Annunciation with dances, banquets, and other religious festivities.

QUE THE MARIACHI BAND!!!!
In commemoration f Miguel Hildalgo's "Grito de Dolores" speech delivered on September 15th, 1810, everyone starts celebrating the day before, and the celebration/festivities continue on to the next day. Of course, the country celebrates with mariachi parades, bullfights, rodeos and giant mexican style feasts. Needles to say, the next day the posole will be re-heated, the coffee will be brewed, and everyone over the age of 13 will wake up with a massive hang over.
Yup, I'd say Mexico knows how to party.
