βIβm not worrying about it. We live in a society where everyoneβs like, βLook at how amazing she looks two weeks out [from giving birth].β I donβt want to be on that hamster wheel; thatβs hell. Iβm never going to have the kind of body that makes me excited about bikini season. Iβve never had a βbeach body.β But I want to feel like Iβm showing up and doing my best. My goal is to be nice to myself, gentle towards myself, during this process. Itβs such a sacred time.β
