This organization does a variety of work around the globe to try to conserve habitats and different species of animals. As the gaming age increases, advertising video games to adults has become more and more lucrative, and more difficult. Gone are the days when a simple half naked woman or a silly fox in a space suit could call our attention. Now advertising has to cater to adults who have more mature tastes but at the same time have children of their own. Sony took on this idea with the advert campaigns of their PS2 and PS3 consoles and has definitely done something right.

Companies take years to develop and grow a brand name. Brands help consumers identify with a company with a short simple message. The company can say we are cool, or this is the best, and that logo or brand symbol is there to solidify this relationship. Let's take a look at some of the most iconic logos and brands all the while ponder what it is that the symbol tells you about the company. What do you extrapolate from the symbol. Are these presuppositions unfounded?

The Tarragona Human Tower Competition is an annual sporting event carried out by the best teams in the country and it is held every two years in Tarragona, a city in Spain's Catalonia region about 50 miles southwest of Barcelona. Nearly 6000 spectators gathered at an old bull ring in Tarragona on the first weekend of October over the weekend for its annual castells competition, where teams made of up to hundreds of people collaborate to build human towers. Leading teams compete against each other for the first place in different categories where towers are scored on difficulty.

Over this past weekend, master pumpkin sculptor Ray Villafane and his talented team of carvers were hard at work, transforming three of the largest pumpkins grown in the United States into a crazy sculptural display of zombies and other unearthly creatures. The largest one they carved into weighed an astounding 1,872 pounds. According to Villafane, they were going to use this year's world record holder but "it sprung a leak."
