The veterinarian who looked her over at first recommended putting the monstrous puppy down. When Kim Dillenbeck heard about the deformed puppy, she had to see her for herself.
Kim had rescued animals before, but never a dog like Pig. Without her adoptive mother’s help, she wouldn’t have been able to survive.

While walking home from college in Lisbon, a group of students heard barking. They looked around, expecting to find a dog… but couldn’t find a single creature.
They were walking past a closed school playground, so they decided to investigate. When they did, they saw a dog’s head peeking out of the ground. He was crying out for help, stuck in a manhole cover opening barely big enough for his head.
Being the kind hearted teens that they were, the students helped the dog out.

A truck filled with 500 cats thought to be destined for restaurants was intercepted on Wednesday in Xuzhou, eastern China’s Jiangsu Province. Officer Sun Hai said he and a colleague pulled the vehicle over during a routine traffic check.
