Meet Madeline Stuart, an 18-year-old Australian model with Down Syndrome. Madeline has walked tons of runways, including New York Fashion Week last year, which she's also set to walk in again this year.
To prep for the royal treatment, Madeline was literally transformed into a princess. Six Disney princesses, to be exact.
