David Ogle is a sculptor and installation artist who explores light and shapes in fleeting three dimensional form. For many of his installations, he uses fluorescent fishing line illuminated with ultraviolet rays to convey linear movement throughout a room or across a surface. Just as a light may bounce off of a wall and reflect at an angle, Ogle produces that natural motion with controllable and consistent materials, and the results are these visually vibrant, glowing blue structures that generate geometric shapes within a physical space.

They can provide hours of mindless entertainment for people of all ages (guilty), but we’ve gotta face the facts– they’re also super unpredictable. You could be attempting an innocent backflip on a trampoline, and BAM– next second you’re face-planted into the ground. Ouch. Check out exactly what I mean below.

Some people know what they want to do from an early age and focus on it relentlessly. Others reinvent themselves, changing careers and industries until they find something that works. What would our beloved Hollywood stars look like without all their glamor? We’ve seen some accidental shots of girls with no make-up or guys with a massive hangover, but a New York artist Danny Evans decided to take it a step further and take away the whole lifestyle that makes the superstars look so polished. In his photo series Celebrities Make Under Danny photoshops famous actors and singers to get a reversed effect – see them as ordinary people. “It was a reaction to the insanely over-retouched photos of celebrities that are everywhere,” says the artist. The series started back in 2006: reacting to a crazy over-exposure of Paris Hilton, Danny photoshopped some images by putting her face on random pictures. Eventually it evolved into visualizations of celebrities without their personal train?id=25298ers, stylists and dietist. Danny says the feedback from the celebs he targets has been positive so far!
Burger time! But not just any burger – try choosing from the Trojan Horse or Neil Armstrong burgers. Two graphic designers from France, Quentin and Thomas, started this random project one afternoon, after they decided to photograph one of their meals and put it online. “We were so bored of random food at lunch, so we started cooking together. It soon became a kind of ritual: improvising and experimenting new ways of cooking a burger,” – they say. Gradually it cought up and evolved into a website Fat & Furious Burger. If you dig deeper, you’ll notice that Quentin and Tomas’s burger art reflects recent events and everyday headlines. For example, to commemorate Neil Armstrong’s passing the duo created an all-white burger, floating in a sesame-seed galaxy and topped with coconut shavings. After the 50th anniversary of James Bond films they created a golden “My name is Bun, James Bun” burger. Check out more funny examples of burger art!

The Kalaidzhi, who represent only a small portion of the estimated 700,000 Roma in Bulgaria, are almost all devout Orthodox Christians who keep teenage boys and girls separate. The 90 story building isn't open yet but builders can take their time on this room as the daughter of the woman from china is only 2 years old. The mom stated that her 2 year old will one day be going to Colombia, NYU or Harvard meaning there is a two out of three chance this condo will be located in the right state. We can only imagine the pressure on this little girl. At least she has an amazing apartment to look forward to. Look at the artists renderings of the apartment below
