"My Better Half" photo project by Rick Odell. Rick Odell's portraits show two different sides of the same person. Some of the portraits do not appear at first glance to be of drag queens. The subjects of "My Better Half" helped suggested props and poses for the shots. The drag queen often dominates the double portraits, drawing more attention than the male alter ego. Photographer Rick Odell digitally edited together two different images of the same person to form this series.
