Cindy Chao has made a name for herself as the first Taiwanese jeweler, and is well known for her wearable art works. She has recently presented a truly amazing master pieace, not to mention a very expensive one. Made out of more than 2,300 gems of diamonds, rubies and tsavorite garnets, her butterfly brooch is now at the Natural History Museum’s Gems and Minerals collection. If you put this beautiful brooch under ultraviolet light, the diamonds and sapphires glow neon in the dark, illuminating the room!

Most of the objects he photographs are vintage, and in some cases, the photos represent one person’s private collection. For prints, check out Golden’s online store and for more of his photography, see his Tumblr. We previously wrote about Golden’s photo of a huge collection of photographic gear

A 63 year old French woman was saved by her loyal german shepherd on Wednesday, while attempting suicide. She pointed the 22-calibre rifle to her chest, but her dog prevented a fatal shot, here's what a police officer said, "At the moment she pulled the trigger, her dog jumped on her and diverted the shot, the animal probably sensed things and knocked into her to save her". After her husband found her in their garden, she was taken to the hospital without any life threatening injuries. What a Beautiful storry!

Dance crazes commonly occur among humans, as does arachnophobia, but even worse than either of these is that overwhelming feeling of walking into a spider web. You know the moment, you're just wandering along and suddenly all these tiny gauze strands are covering your body with creepy-crawly sensations. Although your first urge might be to wipe off the offending spider pathways, several intense weeks of research have shown that the illustrious rapper 2 Chainz has a different and more effective strategy. After Tracy Morgan first broached the subject on twitter, it has become increasingly apparent that Mr. Epps is plagued by recurring run-ins with spider webs, but his response is simply to dance through them.

Federal officials issued a serious warning on Tuesday! A very dangerous group of superbugs is posing great health risks throughout U.S. hospitals. These germs are known as carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae, or CRE. CRE cases have gone from 1% a decade ago, to 4% in 2012, which is a significant growth rate. Dr. Thomas Frieden, director of the CDC said "What's called CRE are nightmare bacteria, they're basically a triple threat". What makes this virus so dangerous is that it's resistant to virtually all antibiotics, it can transfer it's invincibility to other bacteria and lastly the bacteria are deadly, with fatality rates as high as 50%. Currently the virus has only affected hospital patients and all possible safety and quaranteen measures are being taken to prevent it from getting out.
