Nothing To See Here, Just Some Photos Of Cats Wearing Metal Battle Vests

God bless cats. They’ve been providing the Internet with unwitting entertainment ever since there was an Internet. And God bless metal, because duh… heavy fucking metal. But doubly God bless Frank Injection for tipping us off to the existence of the @cats_are_metal Instagram account, which combines both of those obsessins into one and is exactly what it sounds like: photos of cats with assorted metal paraphernalia.

One Dad Makes Beautiful Jewelry From Scrap Metal

It was a big pendant made out of copper wire from an old radio combined with some ugly beads he took from an old piece of my jewelry. From that day on we’ve been designing different types of pendants,...

Ban Hun Lek, a metal workshop in Thailand, creates beautiful sculptures out of various bits of scrap metal. One of the most popular centerpieces of their collection is their fearsome Hulk statue, which has all the details down to his mutated musculature and ferocious snarl. Many of the studio’s other pieces, however, are also worth noticing. They seem to especially love re-creating characters from movies like Alien, Predator, and the Star Wars franchise.
