“Where are my dragons?” That’s a question to ask Aelia Petro – a graphic artist from Ontario, Canada. She works in many different types of art, but recently branched into creating custom jewelry which is largely marine mammal and fantasy related. And by fantasy, we mean lots of dragons! Dragon necklaces, bracelets, rings, hair clips, brooches, magnets – you name it!

My interest in handcrafting original and creative botanical jewelry is founded on my love of the fine arts and the desire to create items that exude beauty. I use materials that reflect the elements of beauty around us; primarily flowers and flower petals, often offset by fine papers or original digital and hand drawn images. I collect my botanicals from a wide range of places including my home garden and trips abroad.

Samantha Lucy has been making jewelry for some time now. These were made by hand-painting miniature scenes, capturing magical moments within multiple layers of resin. The different layers and crystals sparkle in light to give a subtle 3D effect.

I’ve been making jewelry for several years and I make pretty much everything from polymer clay. I always pay attention to detail so every piece of clay turns into realistic looking jewelry. Sometimes it takes several hours to finish one simple piece of cake or cupcake only because I always strive for perfection. It can drive you crazy especially when an earring is as tiny as a dime. That’s why patience is essential with this kind of work.

I am running my small handmade jewelry business in Lithuania. My creative journey began two years ago when I realized that I want to do something different in my life. I have always enjoyed magic and mystery, so I decided to materialize it through these gorgeous charms. One day I posted some of my works online and then my dream became even more real. I quit my day job and spent every day in my apartment, which turned into one big workshop.

Lithuanian artist “Nestre” creates unique steampunk jewelry like earrings, pendants, rings, cuff-links, bracelets and hairpins. All jewelry is made by hand using tiny, real wristwatch and pocket watch parts (gears, cogs, arrows, wheels, bridges, springs etc.). They are positioned in a antique brass, copper or bronze base and sealed with a transparent resin which comes out as glass. The resulting appearance seems almost eternal.

Mother Elainer and Daughter Alice from Hampshire, UK teamed up to take Steampunk to the next level with their imaginative creations and painstaking attention to details. Back in 2011 the duo found a bag of old 1930’s-1960’s watch parts in their garage, given to Elaine back in the 1980’s when she used to run a craft shop. They thought the parts were too unusual and beautiful to be hidden in the garage and started creating jewelry from them.

My name is Carolin Breeze and I’m a 23-year-old filmmaking student from a little country somewhere in the world. About a year ago, my father (45) came to me and showed me a piece of jewelry he made out of scrap metal. The jewelry junkie inside me felt like my world just turned upside down. It was a big pendant made out of copper wire from an old radio combined with some ugly beads he took from an old piece of my jewelry. From that day on we’ve been designing different types of pendants,...

This is a collection of Superhero Jewelry sold over at Etsy shop WhatsYourPassion. What’s my passion? Thanks for asking. I’ll tell you: Pizza. Plus beer. The shop’s got rings inspired by Batman, Spiderman, Green Lantern, and more! So many more. Okay, actually just like two or three more. If that. But who cares? It’s not about quantity, it’s about quality. Quality and also, finding someone who will buy this stuff for you. Because I sure as hell can’t afford it myself! I’d have to cut back on my pizza and beer intake and that is just not an option. Don’t ask me to sacrifice my passion — what are you, some kind of monster?
