The power of reading is made very real indeed in the digitally manipulated photo series “The Power of Books” by designer Mladen Penev.

Portal A has created a parody of Dove’s Real Beauty Sketches ad campaign which used a forensic sketch artist to show that women are more beautiful than they think. In the parody uploaded by Ad Hoc, men are asked to describe their balls to a sketch artist.

To make (nearly) all your Back to the Future fantasies come true, you can rent a street legal Back to the Future Time Machine DeLorean, a replica of the time traveling car used in the 1985 film. The rental is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota in warm season and in Las Vegas, Nevada for the cold season. Not to worry, this car “runs off regular unleaded fuel.”

The action is so fast that it’s nearly impossible to keep up with what’s happening. Witte says he created the film without any digital trickery. Amazing!

The giant inflatable “Rubber Duck,” a floating sculpture by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman, has traveled the world’s waterways for several years and is now set to debut in Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour on May 2nd. Standing at over 54 feet high, the duck will remain in Hong Kong until June 9th.
