Our obsession with the idea of sexy and our equating sexy with naked has led to a great phenomena; the plunging neckline. Long gone are the days where a humble v-neck was being risque. Now a days, you have to let your breasts hang out before we stop calling it prudish. Here are some examples of some of the most famous stars rocking the plunging neckline.
