20+ Times Restaurants Tried To Impress Their Customers Too Hard

There's a fine line between being creative and ridiculous, and these restaurants have passed it. I get it, competition in the foodservice is high. But that doesn't mean you have to serve cocktails in an umbrella. Or a chicken on a sunbathing chair.

Give A Child A Nightmare

Helen 12 sep 2013

Kids are way too sheltered these days. With 24 hours of children’s television available, they aren’t forced to watch Unsolved Mysteries and America’s Most Wanted like I was. Stir things up a bit. Get a Zombie Pet Plush. The huggable undead might bring them some sweet–yet still a little scary–cuddles by day, but turn the lights out and wait for the screams! Look at these things…they’re pretty gross looking. Choose from Bitey – a possibly rabid baby werewolf, Deadington Ruxworth – a stuffed bear, or Frostbite – an undead penguin.

Ladies, You Can Now Apply Online To Be Banged By Porn Star James Deen

It must be hard to be James Deen, the Farrah Abraham-boning hipster porn god who Bret Easton Ellis was so obsessed with that he wrote a sh*tty, Kickstarter-funded movie for he and Lindsay Lohan to star in. Apparently, Deen gets so many emails — hundreds per day, according to his website — from girls looking to bang him that he’s added a section to his website where girls aching for his f*ckstick can apply to get sexed by him.

What If Mark Wahlberg Was IRON MAN

Veggie 6 sep 2013

Not long ago, Mark Wahlberg said that he would be interested in taking over Iron Man when Robert Downey Jr. is done with it. Official Comedy created this funny short that gives us a look at what Iron Man might be like if it was set in Boston and starred Wahlberg. The guy they got to play the actor may not really look like him, but he's definitely got the vocal impression down. The short features Tony Stark battling The Mandarin and Obadiah Stane while trying to save Pepper and Fenway Park. It's pretty entertaining, and I hope you enjoy it!

Belgrade, Serbia artist Milos “Sholim” Rajkovic has created a surreal collection of animated GIFs showcasing faceless people with moving mechanical parts packed into their heads. In an interview with The Daily Dot, Milos shared that the models he used his GIFs were “politicians, corporate people, or just pretty faces from the commercials that we watched for hundreds of times during a day and who have no identity and personality.”

Hilarious Photographs From The First Cat Meme In History

Now you might think our fascination and general obsession with cats first came about with rise of the internet and a certain LOLcats meme, but you’d be more than a little mistaken. The original creator of the cat meme and those funny kitty photos which we all love, was in fact an American photographer called Harry Whittier Frees (1879–1953). He was dressing up & photographing his two felines (Rags & Fluff) long before the rise of animated GIFs and Tumblr streams.

Finland's 'Magic Forest' Is Actually A Place You'll Want To Avoid

If (like many) you found Singapore’s Frightening Theme Park Dedicated To Chinese Mythology a little too confronting, but still want to seek out the unusual and strange, you could always pay a visit to the “Magic Forest” in Imatra, Finland. Whether by choice or just bad design, it’s a forest littered with unsettling stone mannequins whose’s expressions are almost as creepy as the scenarios they’re placed in. How about a moustached made in a sharp blue seat, handcuffing a teenager to a tree and beating him with a cane? Or maybe you’d be more interested in a tall lanky local flasher?

Extraordinarily Odd Photographs From A 1972 Rothschild Party

There have been few dinners parties quite like it. It’s December 12 back in 1972, the night at which Marie-Hélène de Rothschild held her famous Surrealist Ball at Ferrières. As you can probably guess by her surname, she was a member of the ultra-wealthy Rothschild banking family. To be invited as a guest, was the ultimate seal of approval from Parisian high-society.
