Tiny Pop Culture Drawings Inspired By Movies I’ve Recently Watched

My name is Claudia Maccechini (Claudym) and I'm an Italian artist with a penchant for illustrating pop culture icons in microdetail. There's a world inside tiny things and this is the reason why I'm a fan of objects and subjects realized on a small scale. My repertoire contains characters from classic movies like "Star Wars", "Back to the Future", "E.T.", "The Lord of the Rings", "Harry Potter" etc... Inspiration often comes...

Man Bakes Tiny Cake Using Tiny Tools In A Tiny Kitchen

We can now add “miniature food” to the list of specialties that Japanese cuisine is known for. Miniature Space is a special kitchen in Japan that does all of its cooking in tiny toy kitchens, creating real, edible meals that fit in the palm of your hand. Their latest masterpiece? A tiny strawberry cake. The best part is that they use miniature tools in the kitchen, too – miniature knives to cut slices of strawberry, miniature tongs, and a miniature spatula to spread the frosting.

We Quit Our Jobs, Built A Tiny House On Wheels And Hit The Road

Two years ago my partner, Guillaume, and I were both burdened by high rent, a multitude of belongings, college debt and careers that allowed us to maintain that lifestyle. I was beginning to believe I’d never be able to pursue my passion for writing and Guillaume felt the same way about his photography. Then we came across tiny houses. Gregory Kloehn goes dumpster diving, but not for the reason that most people would think. He isn’t homeless. In fact, he is an artist from Oakland that is trying to help the homeless and develop his craft at the same time.
Instead of building sculptures that he would sell to rich people to add to their massive homes, he decided to focus his efforts on helping house the homeless population in California.

After spending years in the rat race, with their lives revolving around paying a hefty mortgage, Andrew and Gabriella Morrison decided to call it quits. They bravely decided to downsize to save money and adjust their lives so they could focus on more important things than monthly bills.
Since they both had a background in construction, Andrew and Gabriella built their tiny house (called “hOMe”) together. Then, they even set up the website Build A Tiny House to help others do the same.

The architects at Ensamble Studio are the bright minds behind this unique vacation home in Spain. … but not the only minds. They created this tiny home to be rustic, but modern, from the ground up. It was important to choose the right location, building materials and hay for this project.
That’s right. Hay. The hay was for Paulina the cow, an incredibly important collaborator for this architectural achievement.
