Singapore's Changi Airport is a major hub for international transport, with more than 135,000 passengers passing through every day. One guy took photos of the airport and explained why no one mind to wait for their flights there. The airport is an architectural marvel. It seems like every week there is a new batch of TV shows that are pushed out on the public. For some reason most of the good ones don't last past a season or two while others go on way to long. A new series of beautiful typographic prints inspired by the unplanned and incidental thoughts that roam through ones mind during the course of a day, created by Ryan McArthur.

San Francisco-based couple Casey Grim and Adam McLaughlin, aka acoupleofn3rds, recently got engaged and decided to create a series of engagement photos commemorating their love in a hilariously creative way. With the help of their photographer friend Red Scott, the couple chose to stage a photo shoot where they match in both outfit and pose, resulting in some really fun images.

For Herbert Chavez it goes beyond wearing the red boots, ‘S’ symbol and cape. He’s gone to dramatic lengths, undergoing cosmetic surgery to shape his lips, cheeks, nose, chin, thighs and even his skin colour. It’s not some flippant obsession either, over the past decade Chavez has been transforming himself to being less Herbert, more Clarke.

Here’s a fascinating trip down the corridors of history, thanks for French-Jewish entrepreneur Albert Khan. He wanted to collect the biggest photographic record of the world, it’s evolution and history – an ambitious project to be sure. But over the years he successfully amassed a staggering 180K meters of black and white film. But even more impressively, was his unique collection of 72,000 autochrome plates. At the time, those plates were a key tool in the industrial process of manufacturing colour photography. 1907 saw the creation of ‘Autochrome’ an invention of the Lumière brothers, a complex process which essentially made colour photographs possible. A true overnight revolution as it were that gave photographs an entirely new dimension. Interesting enough all colours and be recreated from 3 primary colours and it was these that they based their process around. So thanks to the ingenuity of the Lumière brothers and Kahn’s tireless dedication, we’re able to look back on these images of our past with vivid and rich detail. You can now take a trip to Rapture, an underwater city from the BioShock video game series, thanks to an animated spiral optical illusion and in-game images made by redditor supergalacticcaptain. To create the underwater illusion, you must first stare at the center of the spiral above for 30 to 60 seconds. After that, your vision should become heavily distorted, which is the perfect time to view each of the images of Rapture below. Mind blown?

Play it like a star! UK-based Tom Bingham, a 64-year-old retired printer, created an impressive collection of custom made electric guitars in the shape of various spaceships from Star Wars,  Tom spends approximately three months building his guitars and uses items that he buys from car boot sales.
