You Had One Job! is a hilarious photo gallery of the truly careless mistakes committed by people at work.
The site is part of the ongoing “You Had One Job” meme.

“Lilicoptère” is artist Joana Vasconcelos’ vision of what Marie Antoinette would ride in, were the French queen alive today. The Bell 47 helicopter is lavishly decorated with ostrich feathers and thousands of rhinestones. The interior features intricate woodwork, gilding, and custom upholstery embroidered with Marie Antoinette’s initials. The sculptural installation was part of the artist’s 2012 solo exhibition at the Palace of Versaille.
Japanese designer Yukio Takano makes humorous little mushroom lamps that look like wild mushrooms growing on logs, but are actually LED-powered desk lamps. It’s unclear whether the lamps are available for purchase. It is, however, clear that Takano is quite the mushroom enthusiast—in addition to the lamps, he has other mushroom-inspired designs, mushroom photography and a mushroom blog on his site, Great Mushrooming.
Mark Moskovitz's "Facecord" cabinet looks like a woodpile, but contains three carefully concealed drawers in the front. It's his contribution to Against the Grain, an exhibit at the Mint Museum in Charlotte, North Carolina that examines unusual uses of wood by artists. If you have anything to hide, this might just be the solution for you.
To put a human face on our ancestors, scientists from the Senckenberg Research Institute used sophisticated methods to form 27 model heads based on tiny bone fragments, teeth and skulls collected from across the globe.
The practice has actually been traced as far back as twelfth-century Arabic sources, enjoying a heyday in the Paris markets of the nineteenth century, but most recently seen on a mass-produced scale in Japan, where they’re often marked with the symbol for good health.
I've always said Asians were into weird things...
Thousands of spiders descended down on shocked residents of Santo Antonio da Platina, a city near Sao Paulo, Brazil. This particular species called the "Anelosimus eximius" is very social, and lives in large colonies, each one is the size of a pencil eraser. The spiders make huge webs on trees, and strong winds, which are very common in the area this time of year, can tear down their webs and carry the whole colony consisting of 1000 or more spiders around the city. In this case a bunch of these poor spiders got stuck on telephone poles and wires, which made it seem like a cloud, or rain of spiders. Pretty crazy, I would definitely not want to be one of the witnesses on site.
People are known for their occasional stupidity and unreasonable choices, for some it happens more often than other. These food tattoos seem to be totally pointless and pretty ugly if you ask me, although some are kind of funny. Slapping a pizza slice, a burger, or a chicken wing on your arm is just ridiculous, and I don't know who would want to have that on their body for the rest of their life. Enjoy.
Although it is cute when people throw parties for their beloved cats, sometimes the kitty doesn't enjoy it quite as much as expected. Check out these sad, terrified, mad and some surprisingly content birthday celebrating cats!
Lil Wayne got kicked out from the Heat game in Miami last week for allegedly making a gun gesture at another fan. He thinks it was because he was cheering for the Lakers team. Here's his childish tweet after the embarrasing escort out, "So I’m @ da Heat game right, rottin 4 da Lakers kuz dats my team & would u believe they got police 2 make me leave?! Wow! F*** da heat." Wayne's ego has obviously taken the best of him as he is still butt hurt and is blaming everything on the Heat team, particularly picking on the forward player Chris Bosh. During his performance in Houston Sunday night, Wayne explicitly said: “I slept with Chris Bosh’s wife." Nobody has replied to Wayne's claims yet, guess we'll see how this unforlds.
Tonya Battle, an African American nurse who has worked at the Hurley Medical Center in Michigan for 25 years, was approached by a white man, who showed her his swastica tattoo and asked to speak to her supervisor, after which he told her that he didn't want black people near his child. The worst part of this is that the hospital has honored the fathers request and even put a note on the nursing clipboard saying "No African-American nurse to take care of this baby". Eventually the note was removed by a hospital lawyer, but Battle was obviously very offended at this incident, and is suing for emotional distress and negative impact on her reputation. Wow, It's unbelievable that this kind of stuff still happens today.
A 37 year old country singer Mindy McCready has just been found dead in her home. She died from a single gun shot to the head and it is believed to be a suicide. A close friend of hers reported that she has been suffering from "demons" all the time and attempted suicide twice before. She has been suffering from depression and drug abuse even before, but since her boyfriend David Wilson ended his life in a similar manner a month ago, everything intensified. She was admitted into a treatment facility and her two kids were taken from her care by the Department of human Services. All of these things have unfortunately proved too much for the singer to handle.
