Inventions - горячие посты

There are people, all over the world, who are inventing new products every day. Even if you're not looking to make your life a lot easier you'll want these clever household items. Believe me, you're going to want to buy everything on this list.

Some of these inventions are crazy but actually pretty good, others are just plain crazy and never made it to actual production…

Most people like the idea of running their own business, but coming up with an original idea is harder than it seems. Some people never quite manage it. If you’re lucky, you might be able to think of a brand-new invention that you could market to the masses. The inventors of the products below were able to think of some novel ideas… but they’re equal parts crazy and genius.

Official Comedy uploaded the below video last Wednesday — the day of the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia premiere — and I somehow indefensibly didn’t get around to watching it until today. I blame Rum Ham. But now that I have viewed it many, many times I can safely say it is incredible and belongs in a museum and fully endorse the show itself swapping it in for an episode. I mean, the graphics work alone. Just splendid. If you need me I’ll be turning a screengrab of Mac & Charlie at the Flyers game into my desktop wallpaper.

In anticipation of an "exciting reveal" for 'Batman: Arkham Origins' later this week, Warner Bros. Games Montreal has released a few new screenshots from the game, three of which showcase the Batcave. Mind you, this is the first time the Wayne Manor Batcave has been featured in these Arkham games, and it looks just as cool as you would imagine in this universe.

For those of you who are interested in seeing more of Darren Aronofsky's Biblical epic "Noah", here are a few high resolution photos from the film and the set showing off several of the characters in the film. Aronofsky is a crazy talented director, and the fact this is Aronofsky's dream project tells me it's going to be one of his greatest creations. At least that's what I'm expecting! The movie tells the epic biblical story of a prophet who is told by God to build a giant boat that can carry two of every animal from the earth to save them from a giant flood that will destroy every living thing on Earth so that they could have a new beginning. God flooded the world because of its wickedness. The film has an incredible cast of actors as well that includes Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Saoirse Ronan, Douglas Booth, Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, Ray Winstone, Anthony Hopkins, Kevin Durand, and Mark Margolis. It comes out on March 28th, 2014.

When it comes to tourism, many countries highlight their unique landmarks (Sydney Opera House in Australia, The Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy) or cultural celebrations (or the Rio Carnival in Brazil & Running Of The Bulls in Spain) as a reason to visit. But Nantes, the 6th largest city in France has an entirely different proposition to lure tourists to their region. Tucked inside several warehouses that were formerly used as shipyards, sits an exhibition titled ‘Machines of the Isle‘ (or if you’re a local Les Machines de l’Île de Nantes) that will genuinely blow your mind. Since it’s inception in 2007 it has captured the imagination of thousands of tourists visiting the area. But what is it exactly?

In case you’d forgotten, or more likely hadn’t noticed, Yahoo! is rolling out a new logo today, after spending thirty days showing off “old” logos. Yes, they’ve wanted us to get excited over typefaces, and I write “us” because I’ve had a Yahoo! email address for more than a decade now. And above is the end result. First of all, it is kind of condescending to try and get us hyped up over a logo. “Here, get excited about a signifier for a brand that few people will actually care about, and as a brand, barely even qualifies as a logo!” Secondly, a month of demanding attention for this? This has an announcement video, because of course it does.

It takes a lot of creativity and effort to come up with a completely unique idea. After all, throughout history, people have been attempting to better themselves and their experiences with new inventions. There can only be so many original thoughts.
The inventors of these strange products, though, found a way to create something new.

Some inventors work their whole lives to contribute something of note to society, and plenty of them come up short. On the other side of the coin, these kids stumbled upon these genius inventions and made their mark on humanity before they could even legally vote.
