Japan Railways Build Turtle Tunnels
01 dec 2015 09:23
Japanese railroad companies recently installed a wonderful way to keep turtles safe when they try to cross their train tracks – a turtle tunnel that passes under the tracks. When crossing tracks, turtles can get crushed by trains or get stuck in track switches, causing delays. These tunnels solve problems for humans and turtles alike!
