It looks like Matt Barkley will not throw at this weeks scouting combine. The Separated Shoulder that Barkley suffered last season is still not 100 percent healthy. Barkley is still rehabbing and is sad to be about 85-90% back to full strength. while he might not throw he still might run and jump for scouts. The Combine is an important part of the process in being drafted so this might hurt Barkley Draft stock. Notable Qb's that will be throwing at this weeks combine include Geno Smith, Mike Glennon and Tyler Wilson.

In this high scoring All-Star Game the Western Conference beat the Eastern Conference 143-138. Top Performers form each Conference were Carmelo Anthony for the East and Chris Paul for the West. Chris Paul went on to win the MVP Trophy for this game. Kobe Bryant had some notable blocks and overall had a good game. Lebron James Put up good numbers as usual but this game belonged to Chris Paul who stole the show.

Los Angeles Lakers Legendary owner and real estate genius Jerry Buss passed away early this Monday morning at 5:55am 2/18/1013 ending his fight against cancer. Buss died at the age of 80. The Type of Cancer he has been fighting had been undisclosed. Even Though Buss' cancer diagnosis was kept private these past 18 month the word leaked of his health declining in the past few days. 4 days ago family was summoned to his bedside because the prognosis did not look good. Buss started in Real Estate and became a pioneer on the Los Angeles sports scene. Buss purchased the Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings of the NHL in 1979. Bus slowly sold of the Kings to Bruce Mcnall in the 1908's but made his mark with his Los Angeles Lakers and even got enshrined into the NBA Hall of Fame. The man was a Legend and will not be forgotten in the NBA. RIP Jerry Buss
