Mashable reports: By the end of 2013, there will be more mobile devices on Earth than people, a new report suggests.
According to Cisco's Visual Networking Index Global Mobile Data Traffic Forecast Update, consumers' mobile appetite has grown a lot in the past year, and it shows no signs of slowing. In fact, Cisco predicts global mobile data traffic will increase 13-fold by 2017, with more than 10 billion mobile-connected devices by then. It also believes mobile network speeds will grow by seven times what it is now.
These awesome leather handbags by American designer James Piatt are carried by clamping fingers in woven tubes similar to Chinese finger trap puzzles. Finger traps are often used as practical jokes, the wearer struggling to remove their digits from either end of the tube, which is usually woven from bamboo.
The weight of the leather bags creates the pull needed to tighten the weave and secure fingers in the tubes.
Would you wear this trend or is it just a joke?
Sexism is not okay! Simple concept, right? Yet every time I sign onto Xbox LIVE, I encounter sexism the likes of which I would never see anywhere else. Entire lobbies erupt into riotous cat-calls of “show me your boobs” and “get in the kitchen and make me a sandwich!” Guys who get headshotted by a female player throw around the nastiest and most disgusting misogynistic slurs, slurs that wouldn’t be acceptable if uttered anywhere else in the civilized world. There’s no denying that the online shooter community has become one of the most disgusting cesspools of bigotry and prejudice the modern world has ever seen, and the Halo 4 dev team is stepping up to say that this is not okay.
Why he's on the list: A 15 time world heavyweight champion, Sting is the only man to hold the WCW, TNA, and NWA titles. He was known as the franchise of WCW as he never wrestled in a WWF event.
What's the point of napping if no cool or funny pics can be taken of you while you're doing it? Never look blah in a photo again with a pillow like this! Not to mention, sleeping comfortably on the lap of (half) a beautiful woman.
Looking for a Valentine's Day gift for your hipster GF? Well, if she's like most hispters, she probably always late. Show a little love by helping her make her next interview at Whole Foods on time when you give her one of these adroable stache watches. Even more effective if you wear a stache yourself!
Gesine Marwedel has come up with yet another collection of amazing body painting on these lovely ladies.
Enough pretending that cats and dogs get along! All these "odd couple" photos surfing the net are just a bunch of sappy people wishing their dogs and cats would get along. This is real, this is war!
If you're a cat lover you probably agree with me when I say that cats are just like people. When they say "curiosity killed the cat," they really just mean that cats are getting in trouble for the same kind of drama as we humans are!
Got a fat dog? Need a way to make that pooch get fit and quick? Get your pal a skateboard! These guys are loving it, I'm sure yours will too. :D
Ever since that survey in the early 2000s, America has been known as the fattest country in the world. So, no wonder all the obsession with meat!
The funny part is that so many meats are made in the shape of Texas! Is it for their good steak or because the only thing that state seems to produce is slaughtered cow?
Next up, kale in the shape of California! ;)
Looks like the UK is about again, beat America to the gay-friendly race. Come on, world. If England is doing it, that must mean it's a big deal!
Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, offers you some of the most exciting metro rides in Europe or what they call “world’s longest art exhibition”. Most of the city’s metro stations host some beautiful underground artwork, which makes every stop very unique and different. Tourists may consider this as their first introduction to the country’s history of art. One of them, Russian IT specialist Alexander Dragunov, shares his Stockholm underground experience through his stunning photos of the Solna Centrum station, where massive cave-like installations were created by Anders Aberg and Karl-Olov Bjor back in 1970s.
