Xie Xu and his friend, Zhang Chi, made headlines around the world after their amazing story caught the attention of reporters. For three years, Xie has carried Zhang to school piggyback-style. Zhang suffers from a condition called muscular dystrophy. The condition weakens muscle, making it impossible for the person to walk or support their own weight. The boys live in a dorm near their school. Besides carrying him to and around school, Xie also helps Zhang cook meals and wash his clothes.

The dog had been with her through thick and thin and Riina wanted to do something special for him in his final days. So, she compiled a special doggie Bucket List for him and helped him, created to make his dreams come true. She documented the entire thing, right up until his final days.
Thankfully, she and Romeo were able to complete it!
