Penguins Meet Beluga Whales In A Closed Aquarium And It’s Adorable How Curious They Are
03 apr 2020 17:57

Remember the penguins at Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, Illinois, who got a chance to explore the facility after it closed due to the coronavirus pandemic? Good news: not only do their field trips continue, but Shedd Aquarium keeps sharing them on social media as well. The penguins are stealing people’s hearts as they explore their home, and recently they even met their neighbors, beluga whales.

Clumsy baby elephant trips up while playing with his doggy friend in adorable video
20 jun 2019 12:16

This is the cute moment a baby elephant trips up while trying to chase away a dog. Nine-month-old T-noi walked out of his enclosure when the mutt started barking. He stopped for a short time to see where the dog was going.

Scottish Man Decides To Cycle Across The Globe Solo But Finds A Stray Cat Which Accompanies Him
09 apr 2019 16:44

In September 2018, Dean Nicholson had one goal – to cycle across the globe solo – and he began his long journey riding from his hometown Dunbar, Scotland. The 31-year-old Scottish traveler was tired from his nine-to-five job as a welder so he wanted to change his lifestyle and see the world from a bicycle seat. When he was crossing the Bosnian border into Montenegro, his plans had to change a little bit.

I Explored An Undiscovered Canyon In Kyrgyzstan, And Here Are 23 Pics Of It
26 mar 2019 10:52

I recently explored a part of Kyrgyzstan that was very much undiscovered. For 6 days I explored the south shore of Issyk Kul lake (one of the biggest lakes in the world). This trip was focused on the Canyons on the shore of Issyk Kul Lake. Kyrgyzstan has so much to offer and I am already looking forward to going back in June. For now, please enjoy this unique canyon series that consists for the most part of drone imaginary, abstracts and night photography.

I Traveled Around Japan Exploring Its Abandoned Places
10 sep 2018 12:50

Two years ago, I went to Japan to photograph derelict buildings around the country. From love hotels to theme parks or decayed houses, I explored another part of this incredible country. I could tell so many stories that lie behind these images, but I prefer to let your imagination do the work. Here are the most particular places I had the chance to photograph.

I recently spent a couple weeks traveling the North and South islands of New Zealand and I managed to hit almost every filming site from Lord of the Rings! Here are some shots that I was able to re-create or that lined up with scenes from the movies very nicely.

Woman Wakes Up To Lions Licking Water Off Her Tent
26 may 2016 14:32

There's nothing like waking up to the quiet still of a cool early morning, when birds begin to stir from sleep to greet the dawn and the soft light of a new day pours gently through the window, you know, past the group of lions gathered outside eagerly licking your tent.

When Kevin’s fiancée said he couldn’t go on a birthday trip with his friends, they decided to take him anyway!
14 apr 2016 10:20

When Kevin’s friends discovered that his fiancée had refused to let him join them on a birthday trip, they did what any good friends would do in such a situation. They took him anyway. Well, sort of. Realising that the real Kevin wouldn’t be accompanying them, these guys on Imgur took the next best thing, namely Kevin’s cardboard cut-out.

Icelandic window views
02 dec 2015 10:24

Iceland is a country that has long been on William Patino's bucket. After day 1 all his expectations were met. After a full 10 days he knew life wouldn’t be the same again. Standing under the Northern Lights as they dance across the sky, absorbing the fresh spray beneath a towering waterfall with no one else in sight, or simply walking along a black sand beach as the ocean roars and crashes to the earth.

I Motorbiked 6,000 Miles To Alaska With My Dog And We’re Still Going
29 sep 2015 11:23

Seeking adventure, I loaded my furry bestie, Baylor the Dog, into the sidecar, hopped on the motorcycle and started riding to Alaska. Now 6,000 miles later we made it to Alaska, faced bears, camped for free, got stranded on the side of the road, broke the bike, fixed the bike, and discovered the goodness of people on the road. The Operation Moto Dog journey continues as we conquer all of North America – every US state, each Canadian province and Mexico!

AirPano, a team of Russian photographers, went to Antarctica to take aerial panoramas and videos. I especially like the one part of their story, where a woman was just lying on the shore. A young sea elephant came to her and began to joyfully rubbing his head against her.

Temples, Markets And Rain – My Trip Around Cambodia
13 feb 2015 11:28

Travelling and shooting for a month in humid climate during the rainy season was a serious challenge. Barnaby Skinner's aim was to traverse Phnom Penh, Mekong and Siem-Reap before heading South to Kampot and Kep, which were full of rusted old colonial bridges, all kinds of wildlife, mountains and beaches, along with small but thriving Muslim community and a rain forest. It was an amazing place not overcrowded with tourists.

Trips With Kenyan Fishermen
10 feb 2015 10:14

Teo Gregas spent a month in a fishermen village in Kenya, Kipini. He became friends with some local fishermen and they went fishing a couple of times. You can see how the trips went through the pictures. The barracuda was cut up and the octopus began its massage therapy to soften its meat by repeatedly being thrown against the hard wood of the boat’s floor. A fire was ignited inside a big pot in the middle of the dhow and a barracuda-mango-octopus soup was bubbling in no time.
