SFGate is reporting that Martha Stewart is looking for love on dating site Match.com under the profile name ‘TheGoodLongLife.’ Stewart recently authored Living the Good Long Life: A Practical Guide to Caring for Yourself and Others which, in her profile, says reminded her “how central good relationships are to happiness and longevity.” She furthered that she’s “always been a big believer that technology, if used well, can enhance one’s life.” So, if you’re a single, tall, wealthy, educated man and think you fit Martha’s requirements, head on over to Match.com to check out her complete profile.
And you thought ‘Dancing with the Stars’ was for moms with wine habits — just wait until you see sexy dancer Gleb Savchenko get his shirtless on for his Instagram account. Though he was apparently recently ousted from the show along with his partner, reality “star” Lisa Vanderpump, Gleb Savchenko isn’t going to let that stop him from being all kinds of hot. The ‘Dancing with the Stars’ pro is still hanging around the show, taking shirtless pictures with other sexy shirtless dancer men, and okay, I really thought this show was just for people who were really into ‘Fame’ but ended up working in accounting or whatever — I had no idea that there’s a show where men who look like this shake their hips for my enjoyment. Why did no one tell me? Savchenko is super active on Twitter and Instagram, and he really, really loves posting photos of himself without a shirt on. And for this, we should be eternally grateful that technology has come this far.
Most people recognize Houston Rocket’s star guard James Harden by, not only his incredible skill set, but also his amazing beard. It’s become his trademark and even non-basketball fans have come to know him because of it. But what would happen if other celebrities tried to cash in on Harden’s gimmick and grew a similar beard? Let’s see how that would work out...
Movie theater prices continue to go up even though the features remain the same. We continue to go to movie theaters and pay for higher price tickets even with the same crappy quality they always provide. Here are 7 features movie theaters should and could add to improve the quality of the environment and make them a more enjoyable experience.
These people just don't care what society says any more. They do what they want when they want. These people give no F*cks. Let these people be an inspiration to you. They live how they want to live.
Watch as Roxane Giliard performs her trapeze act while suspended from a paraglider 2,000 feet above the French countryside. This is incredible footage of her stunning performance. It is truly a sight to see and a beautiful and graceful act of art.
Sports fans tend to make up some interesting conspiracy theories. Some are more creative than others. These conspiracy theories are a little more accurate than the off the wall theories. Here are sports conspiracies that are totally true.
Irish actor Cillian Murphy is gorgeous — like, he-could-be-a-model gorgeous. But the prettiest thing about him has to be those eyes. We just can’t help but get lost in them. You may recognize Cillian Murphy from, well, a lot of movies — in ’28 Days Later’ (where you see him completely naked, hello), he plays Jim, a guy trying to survive in the aftermath of a viral apocalypse. In the ‘Dark Knight’ films, he plays Jonathan Crane, aka the Scarecrow, a bad dude who uses hallucinogenic drugs when he plays doctor. And in ‘Inception,’ he plays the son of a billionaire and the key to destroying his father’s empire for the competition. Up next for Murphy is a starring role in ‘Interstellar,’ a sci-fi movie from the cinematographer who worked on Christopher Nolan‘s films with Murphy previously (‘The Dark Knight’ trilogy and ‘Inception,’ notably). I’m pretty stoked about it, and you should be too because this movie is going to blow some minds, for sure. Murphy is an incredible and fascinating actor, and one who, in my mind at least, doesn’t get enough attention or credit for his understated performances — or for his good looks, for that matter. He’s a gorgeous dude with intensely beautiful eyes. The kind of guy who could totally be a model if he wanted to, but let’s be glad he’s got more going for him than good looks.
Most athletes grow into their bodies as their professionally career grows. When they come in as rookies they are usually smaller skinnier and sometimes a little awkward. The first part of most professional athletes careers is more about developing their body as much as proving their worth. These rookie photos show young raw athletes who grew up fast and have made some changes.
People like to complain about how there is nothing original being made in Hollywood anymore. Between sequels, remakes and ripoffs, there is hardly anything that hasn't been done. This gallery adds further proof to that. As you will see, often there are two movies that come out around the same time with very similar plots. So let's take a look back at cinema history and compare 30 "twin movies" to see how they did head-to-head.
There's really nothing we need to say about this gallery. It's a bunch of cats wearing little captain and pilot hats. (Can someone tell us where we should pick up our Pulitzer?)
Professional wrestling is an industry comprised entirely of larger-than-life characters, so it’s no mean feat that Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson almost became the largest-than-life from the moment he stepped into the ring. The dude had, to paraphrase a classic David Lee Roth video, “char-as-ma.”
On April 25, One Direction member Harry Styles was seen with music legend Rod Stewart, dining out with the ‘Do Ya Think I’m Sexy’ singer and his family — and reportedly macking on Stewart’s 33-year-old daughter Kimberly. Styles, 19, joined the clan for dinner in Los Angeles after seeing Rod in concert and left with the Stewarts when they exited in their Rolls Royce. Or at least tried to, what with the paparazzi refusing to move out of the way and all. Sources for TMZ say the couple were flirting and fooling around the entire meal. Celebuzz concurs, saying the duo were spotted kissing and holding hands.
Back in the 1980s, these lady pop icons filled your ears and your hearts with joy while you doodled the names of the boys you liked in your journal. But where are some of your favorite female singers today? Let’s check in with Pat Benatar, Tiffany, Joan Jett, and many more to see what’s changed in the last 30 years.
The Confession Kid meme started late Friday night, caught on at Reddit, and exploded to about 2000 image macros of this regretful kid confessing things he used to believe. It struck a chord, in that all of us can admit we believed some really stupid things as a kid. Case in point: at age five my mom yelled, "You're going to be grounded when your father gets home!" at me just because I kind of, just slightly, set the dining room table on fire a little bit. I then ran out of the house screaming because I'd never heard the word "grounded" before and thought it meant I'd be buried alive. We believed weird things as kids. (Like that building a fire on the dining room table would be great for roasting marshmallows...) We've collected 25 of the funniest, most common, and most embarrassing admissions made by Confession Kid fans this weekend. All pictures via Quickmeme.
Star Trek Into Darkness is coming to theaters soon, and while Chris Pine is indeed a fine Captain Kirk (in fact, the movie as a whole was superbly cast), we find ourselves longing for the Original Series days, when men were men, lizard men were men in bad costumes, and apparently William Shatner spent 50% of his time on the air smirking. Seriously, we've got the GIFs to prove it. Take a look...
With the release of "Cheech & Chong's Animated Movie" we can say it's already been a big year for movies, but you're not stupid. We all know that starting in May, Hollywood starts to serve a steady diet of summer blockbusters. And in all seriousness, without too many comic book films and unnecessary sequels being shoved down our throats, there is a surprising number of high quality, big budget films set to spill onto the silver screen. The only question is, "Which of the big upcoming summer movies will you see first?" Read on to find your answer.
Monday always brings out the random photos from around the internet. Today was no exception as we got some fantastically funny photos, gifs and memes. Here is the best of the best from today.
The people over at Big Car Rescue in Tampa sure know a fun way to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. They decided to let one of their leopards get to have some fun with a Pinata that looks like a toucan. They put some meat inside the Pinata hung it in the leopards cage and let the leopard go to work. I was surprised to see how long the pinata lasts. This is a pretty fun and funny video. Check it out for yourself and see what you think.
