We can’t say for sure why these cooking fails happen so often, especially when we try to whipup something special in the kitchen and hope that it’s gonna be fine. A lot of people think cooking skills are nothing, the only thing that matters is the desireto create something really tasty and unique. OOPS! This is the slippery slope that will ultimately take us to FAILURE!

I Went To Bangkok Just To Try This 70+ Year Old Chef’s Street Food Which Received A Michelin Star
08 aug 2018 09:26
I went to Bangkok for one reason. To eat at Jai Fai. She has been featured on various TV shows and YouTube channels. I think why it was so important to me to go was because she seemed to have retained her street food simplicity. She is one of only two Michelin star recipients that sell street food in Thailand. She doesn’t care for it much and doesn’t even display it in her restaurant. However, the food is that good. She deserves that star.

20+ Times Restaurants Tried To Impress Their Customers Too Hard
18 may 2018 10:24
There's a fine line between being creative and ridiculous, and these restaurants have passed it. I get it, competition in the foodservice is high. But that doesn't mean you have to serve cocktails in an umbrella. Or a chicken on a sunbathing chair.

I'm all about getting more use out of my household items than they're intended for. Just try and find a glass in my cupboard that wasn't formerly filled with jelly. (Hint: you won't!) But it's not just the things we use for ourselves that can be upgraded once they've fulfilled their duty. You'll definitely want to hang on to your munchkin's baby food jars for these adorable crafts. They're all so perfect for any home!

Designer Turns Food Into Adorable Art
04 jun 2015 11:03
Mundane Matters makes things using everyday objects. Although mostly using food (we’ve been seeing a lot of beautiful creations using food these days), there is also something that is very unique. All these works have been created spontaneously, mostly on a daily basis. Not one image is planned and she just let her feeling guide her through to the end results.

Eating food just isn't as safe as it used to be. These photos are all REAL submissions from people who have found these vile items in their food. Some of these are from fast food chains, others are actually from manufactured items that have ended up inside these poor people's homes. Looks like we will just have to all start growing our own food from now on. I'd do ANYTHING to avoid any of these happening to me...

We can now add “miniature food” to the list of specialties that Japanese cuisine is known for. Miniature Space is a special kitchen in Japan that does all of its cooking in tiny toy kitchens, creating real, edible meals that fit in the palm of your hand. Their latest masterpiece? A tiny strawberry cake. The best part is that they use miniature tools in the kitchen, too – miniature knives to cut slices of strawberry, miniature tongs, and a miniature spatula to spread the frosting.

At this point we are all well aware of the gross things going on with fast food. We probably, similarly, know exactly where hot dogs come from. But maybe you'll feel better about our fatty, middle class delicacies when you hear about the weird stuff the 1% is eating. Apparently some of the most expensive dishes of the world come out of an animal through less-than-appetizing orifices.

In Bea Crespo and Andrea G. Portoles’ delightful “Brunchcity” series, paper dioramas form iconic skylines that pop out of foods for which major cities are famous.
