Would you bring a ringer in to your funeral? Because it might become a thing. A British company called Rent a Mourner does exactly what you think it does: it rents out people to show up to funerals so the deceased can have a proper memorial. The cost? About $68 per person. The company promises to “supply professional, discreet people to attend funerals and wakes. If you simply need to increase visitor numbers or introduce new faces, then we can help.” Basically, it’s a way to avoid that low “Hey, no one favorited my tweet” feeling we’ve all had before setting sail for the afterlife. It’s like being a seat-filler at an awards show or a cast member of ‘The Truman Show,’ only it’s because you had no friends while you were alive.
Just like every year, the 2013 NCAA Tournament featured all sorts of big plays and great games. And just like every year, the Internet made all of those moments even better by GIFing, memeing and screen grabbing the most memorable moments. Here is the best of the Internet's reaction to March Madness.
So I think its time we all take up ceramics. Apparently ceramics are worth way more than I thought they were. April 8th a red bowl with a lotus pattern broke the world record for Chinese Kangxi ceramics, fetching over $9 million after a bidding war won by a Hong Kong ceramics dealer at the last day of spring sales for global auctioneer Sotheby's.

‘G.I. Joe: Retaliation‘ hit theaters and brought a storm of sexy, shirtless dudes to the big screen to rescue America from evil — including Korean actor Byung Hun-lee, a name you need to familiarize yourself with. Byung is a former K-Pop — that’s Korean pop — star turned actor who’s been impressing me for years with his roles in films like ‘I Saw the Devil’ (his wife is murdered and he seeks bloody, violent revenge and it’s AWESOME) and ‘The Good, the Bad, the Weird,’ and recently he’s been making the transition to American cinema with his part as Storm Shadow in the ‘G.I. Joe’ movies. And oh my God, you guys, he is so sexy. Don’t believe me? Then maybe you should see him with his shirt off because daaamn, girl. Damn.
Humans ingenuity has brought us some amazing technological advances. Humans are also responsible for ideas such as the wine bra or beer beard. Are these ideas genius or incredibly stupid? Ill let you decide.
A Shipwreck site called the "Tortugas" excavation was originally discovered in 1965. After a long wait the 400 year old treasure found off the Florida Coast in the Gulf of Mexico has finally been recovered. The treasure fleet ship was sailing back to Spain in 1622 after collecting colonial treasures. It was hit by a fierce hurricane about 400 miles from the Florida keys. Lets take a look at some of the findings from the recovered treasure.

Twitter hashtags only have a couple purposes: track current conversational trends, and maybe keep people informed (or distracted). But every now and then a poorly-worded phrase confuses the masses. Like Susan Boyle‘s anal bum party. Or, in this case, a hashtag about today’s passing of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher — which oddly had Cher fans in an uproar. We can understand the confusion. The hashtag #nowthatchersdead was meant to be parsed out as “now Thatcher’s dead.” But it can certainly look like “now that Cher’s dead.” Oops. But don’t worry, Cher fans. Your 66-year-old icon is still going strong. Because, as the old joke goes, when the apocalypse finally comes, all that will be left are cockroaches, Keith Richards, and Cher.
Underrated is a relative term. Some of these players are considered super stars and legends already while others have been forgotten about. This list however takes a look at athletes who were all way better than what the general perception of them happens to be.
"If you just set out to be liked, you would be prepared to compromise on anything at any time, and you would achieve nothing." These were some of the most famous words by Margaret Hilda Thatcher, who was unfortunately found deceased at age 87, this morning of April 8, 2013. Her son, Sir Mark, and daughter Carol confirmed that she died this morning. Lord Bell, her spokesman, said: "It is with great sadness that Mark and Carol Thatcher announced that their mother Baroness Thatcher died peacefully following a stroke this morning. A further statement will be made later." Lady Thatcher died at the Ritz hotel at about 11am after suffering a stroke. Her children were not at her bedside as they were abroad. Her doctor and carer were there when she died.

I guess it was only a matter of time for someone to figure out how to improve the ways of sending out emails. David Neevel put a cool twist on writing emails as he invented a system that allows him to write emails using his electric guitar. Neevel works at Wieden & Kennedy advertising agency so this invention could be a publicity ploy but its still pretty interesting. Check out the video and see for yourself. Like the idea?
Just one week into baseball and already a lot has happened. There was a near perfect game from Yu Darvish spoiled in the last inning with the last out and some amazing hitting by Orioles slugger Chris Davis. Its early in the season but we are beginning to get a look at how teams are matching up in the regular season. Lets see where your team stands.

Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, a towering figure in postwar British and world politics and the only woman to become British prime minister, has died at the age of 87. Los Angeles-based photographer Leah Minium created a touching Star Wars themed photo series that features a loving Stormtrooper family who do everything together. Things eventually take a turn for the worse when the father goes missing.
This kid, who goes by "Lavish," doesn't even belong on The Rich Kids of Instagram because his account basically puts the whole site to shame. In my opinion, like many awful rich jerks, he's only worth hanging around in case he bribes you to stay his friend, or at least passive Internet follower who never wants to know him. And he has like 90000 followers, WTF.
