An ex police officer Christopher Dorner has already killed 3 people, and severely wounded one. He's being hunted by L.A.P.D. He has been fired for falsely accusing another officer of using excessive force in 2008, and seems to be after revenge. "The violence of action will be high. I will bring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in LAPD uniform whether on or off duty," Dorner wrote. "The attacks will stop when the department states the truth about my innocence."
33-year-old Christopher Jordan Dorner, an ex-LAPD officer, is being hunted down for the shooting of more than 3 people, some of whom were law enforcement officers, in the passed week. Rumor has it that this is some kind of retaliation for being fired some 4 years ago. Looks like they were right to fire him!
On Sunday, Dorner killed Keith Lawrence and Monica Quan in Irvine, California, while sitting in a vehicle, authorities say. Quan was the daughter of former LAPD officer Randal Quan, who, it is claimed in the letter, handled Dorner's termination appeal and bungled it.
On Thursday, just after being named as the suspect, Dorner decides to ambush two officers at an intersection in Riverside, California. One officer dies, the other was hospitalized.
A Young New Guinea Woman, Kepari Leniata, Was Accused of Sorcery and Was Burned Alive!
You read that right, she was burned to death.
20 year-old mother, Kepari Leniata was stripped, tied up with rope, rubbish and old tires tossed on top of her, then lit afire; burned alive! Onlookers watched and photographed the public execution, as if it was something to pop into their family photo albums as a fond memory.
Kepari Leniata was accused of sorcery by the relatives of a six-year-old boy, who recently died in a hospital under unclear circumstances. These were also the people who chose to take the law into their own hands, and bury the poor woman. Oddly enough, the persecutors were also able to gain support from local citizens, who agreed with what they were doing, and even blocked firefighters who had raced to the scene to put out the blaze. Children and families gathered to watch the cruel murder of Leniata, snapping photos and video footage with their mobile devices.
Two Russian fighter jets recently whipped about Japan's airspace, causing the Japanese to scramble their own aircraft together for a possible attack. The jets were only over Hokaido for about a minute, but even that was long enough for the riots & protests to begin.
Air pollution in China has gotten so bad lately that one entrepreneurial environmentalist's wacky idea for a solution doesn't seem all that far-fetched: putting clean air in a can.
When a thick gray haze blanketed Beijing and several other nearby Chinese cities last week, sending kids to the hospital, grounding planes, and causing the government to order cars off the road, Chen Guangbiao hit the streets of Beijing to hand out yellow and green cans of smog-free, non-carcinogenic air. "Free fresh air. Open it and drink it and breathe it!" the Guardian quoted the multimillionaire and national celeb as saying. "It keeps you fresh the whole day!"
China is officially overdue for a "clean air act" of their own.
Record has it that the smog in China was in fact, so bad that you can see it from space. From space!

Guess how old Bob Marley would be today! Only 68! The Reggae king died so quickly that most of us already forgot how or why.
Despite his absence, Marley has continued to garner success, being honored with such awards as BBC’s song of the millenium for "One Love" and getting inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. Also in 1999, Time Magazine named Bob Marley & The Wailers' "Exodus" as the greatest album of the 20th century.
Looks like the UK is about again, beat America to the gay-friendly race. Come on, world. If England is doing it, that must mean it's a big deal!

According to published reports, the Federal Reserve acknowledged Wednesday that one of its internal computer systems was breached. Sensitive data on more than 4,000 banking officials was compromised according to ZDNet. The hacking group Anonymous claimed responsibility for the attack on Sunday.
Officials are saying the hack did have any damages, but the folks at ZDNet seem to think otherwise. I just wonder what it means for us!
Two 1.5-metre-high (5ft.) waves damage property and leave several people missing and now presumed dead. Who knew that 5 ft. of water could cause such trauma!
This, though tragic, is still nothing compared to the Tsunamis of the earlier 2000's. Have you seen The Impossible yet?

Minami Minegishi's (AKB48) shame for breaking her group's strict dating ban to spend a night with her boyfriend ended in a shaved head and a VIDEO of it.
"As a senior member of the group, it is my responsibility to be a role model for younger members," she said, before ending the four-minute sobfest with a slight bow.
She shaved her head, a traditional act of contrition in Japan, but perhaps a step too far for a 20-year-old woman whose "crime" was to have found herself a boyfriend – 19-year-old Alan Shirahama, a dancer in a boyband.
The Japanese take everything too seriously.
The members of Pragaash, a Kashmiri word that means "from darkness to light," have been the subject of escalating threats in the past month, including a fatwa from a loal Islamic pirest. The girls, 16-year-old vocalist Noma Nazir, drummer Farah Deeba, and guitarist Aneeka Khalid, both age 15, formed their trio at a music institute where they all took classes after school.
Nazir has officially stated, "We have decided to quit in deference to the decree of the Grand Mufti, who knows religion more than we do," and "I thank all those people who supported our decision to form the band and encouraged us during the last two years."
Sweet home Alabama?

The last English king to die in battle, Richard had been buried five centuries earlier with little pomp in the church of the Grey Friars, all physical trace of which had long since been lost. Incredibly, the excavation uncovered not only the friary – preserved underneath a council car park – but also a battle-scarred skeleton with spinal curvature. On 4th February 2013, after a battery of scientific tests, the University announced to the world’s press that these were the remains of Richard III. England’s last Plantagenet monarch had been found…WTF!

According to a review of social media and defense by the Australian government,Taliban is using sexy girl Facebook profiles to befriend Australian soldiers, and then spy on them by gathering information from their updates. The biggest issue however is the ability of Taliban to locate the soldiers if they post something on Facebook while in the field, due to Facebook's geo-tagging function. "According to News.com.au, three Australian soldiers were murdered inside their base this month, allegedly by an Afghan Army trainee."
We all knew this was going to happen. Natalie Portman is the new face of Miss Dior. Now not only for the perfume, but for the mascara and everything else. Do you think she deserves it?
On Saturday, February 2nd 2013 a former marine Eddie Lee Routh, shot Chris Kyle an Ex-U.S. Nave Seal, author of the "American Sniper," and co-founder of the FITCO Cares Foundation (it helps veterans recover from emotional and physical injuries) who was contacted by Routh's mother to help her son recover from PTSD, as well as Kyle's friend, Chad Littlefield, at a shooting range near Forth Worth Texas. Due to this incident there's a renewed focus on the psychological war wounds. Army Secretary John McHugh has ordered Army officials to lay out detailed plans by February 15 to boost soldiers' "physical, emotional and psychological resilience." "Interventions are not coming as soon as I would like to see them," McHugh told reporters.
Years of double digit growth has taken their toll on China and it’s environment. In some cities you’d be lucky to see clear blue skies 10 times a year.
Human remains found buried beneath a social services car park in Leicester are those of Richard III who was killed in battle in 1485, archaeologists confirmed today. In an extraordinary discovery which rewrites the history books, the skeleton of the last of the Plantagenet kings was identified by DNA analysis after researchers traced his living descendants. Investigators from the University of Leicester today revealed that the remains bore the marks of ten injuries inflicted shortly before his death. More gruesome, however, was evidence of ‘humiliation’ injuries, including several head wounds - part of the skull was sliced away - a cut to the ribcage and a pelvic wound likely caused by an upward thrust of a weapon, through the buttock.
She was under pressure to deliver a brilliant performance at Sunday's Super Bowl following the recent lip syncing controversy at President Obama's Inauguration. And Beyonce took to the stage with trademark style, with an all-singing, all-dancing spectacular greatest hits set for the half time show, which culminated in her being joined on stage by Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. The 31-year-old singer sported a plunging leather Rubin Singer corset and skirt which she stripped off to reveal a lace underlay during a slick, energetic show packed with special effects at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.
The "greatest porn star of all time," Ron Jeremy has been hospitalized for a heart problem. Too many hot chicks? Now recovering from surgery with a respirator and a chest covered in stitches, seems like Ron won't be hitting up the silver screen anytime soon.
IF you want to know more about Ron Jeremy, watch "Boogie Nights," (if not only for the naked scened of sexy Marky Mark) and later "Deep Throat." :))
Americans like to talk about how dangerous it is to live in places like Russia, China, and Mexico as if nothing bad ever happend in their own golden land of fortune. Well, after the last few school shootings, it's about time for Americans to suck it up and realize the problem before them. Kids have access to firearms and it's a growing problem.
